Q: When can I expect my order to ship?
A: We're on it! The processing time typically spans 2 to 4 business days, from Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays are our downtime – they're not included in this timeframe.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery time (United States) USPS:
- Ground Shipping $5.95 (free on orders $100+ U.S ONLY): 4-8 business days
- Priority Mail: 3-4 business days
Returns
Do you except returns or exchanges?
At this time, we are not accepting returns or exchanges. All sales are final once item has been shipped.
Please be sure to inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 72 hours if your items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item or are missing an item.
If your order gets returned to us due to insufficient address or incorrect address on your order, you will need to pay for shipping again in order for us to reship items back to you. If orders get returned due to incorrect addresses or was sent back due to not being accepted by the customer and you would like a refund instead, you will be refunded your total amount minus shipping costs once we have received the item back.

Q: Do you restock often?
A: We like to keep things fresh! Cup wraps and decals are restocked weekly. However, when it comes to screen print transfers, once they're sold out, they won't be making a comeback. Be sure to get yours when you can!
Q: What type of material can these transfers go on?
A: The best materials for our transfers are cotton, polyester, or a cotton/polyester mix.
Q: Do we offer wholesale/bulk pricing?
A: As of now, we don't have wholesale or bulk pricing available. But here's the good news – we have exciting sales every Friday, so make sure to check them out and grab some great deals!
Q: Can you use our transfers for commercial purposes?
A: Absolutely! Our transfers are for both personal and commercial use. Feel free to use them to kickstart your own small business!
Q: Can you use our Mock-ups?
A: You sure can, and we're excited to see your creativity in action! Mock-ups are available to our customers who have already purchased a transfer. Just remember, they're mock-ups, so sizing and color may vary.
